this is obnoxious. I would have much preferred something like this: 

So? These are just depictions. It doesn’t necessarily mean that Adam and Eve actually had belly buttons, it just means the people who painted them thought they did. And how were they to know any better back then? Or maybe God made them with belly buttons. Why would He do that? I don’t know. I’m not saying it makes sense, I’m just saying it’s another possibility.  Don’t get me wrong here, I’m not a theist, I’m just pointing out your argument isn’t that strong.
